Build and evaluate a compact 5 x 6 inch experimental collector-frame prototype with this editable digital design package. The download includes two STL components, STEP and Fusion source files, documentation, checksums, print guidance, and a personal-use license.

DESIGN DETAILS
The compact frame is designed around a 127.0 x 152.4 x 0.5 mm collector plate. The front retainer measures approximately 146.05 x 171.45 mm overall and is 4 mm thick. The back frame includes a nominal 7 mm rear wire route and a prototype PVC mounting interface. Import the STL files in millimeters at 100% scale, then reslice them for your own printer, filament, and hardware.

BETA STATUS
This v0.1 release is CAD-only and has not yet received a recorded physical 5 x 6 print-and-fit validation. Reslice, inspect, and bench-test every component before use. No G-code or printer-specific profile is included. Member build feedback is welcome and can help guide later revisions.
IMPORTANT PROTOTYPE NOTICE
These are experimental mechanical frame files, not a completed energy device. The collector plate, electronics, conductor, terminals, PVC, metal fasteners, grounding, mast, weatherproofing, and measurement equipment are not included. Use verified metal hardware for assembly; printed PLA fasteners are not suitable as installed structural hardware. No ion-harvesting rate, electrical output, structural capacity, outdoor durability, or fitness for a particular purpose is claimed or guaranteed. Collection area, installation height, weather, humidity, geometry, leakage, grounding, and instrumentation are separate experimental variables. Do not install overhead, outdoors, at elevation, or in storm or lightning conditions without qualified structural and electrical review.
